Trendsetters has been a proud part of our community since 2007, when Becky Stanley opened the doors with a simple vision: create a salon where people feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in their own beauty. With passion, dedication, and a genuine love for the craft, Becky grew Trendsetters into a place known not only for great hair—but for its warmth, its people, and its heart.
For 18 years, Becky shaped the culture that still lives within our walls today: kindness first, creativity always, and a commitment to staying ahead of the trends while treating every guest like family.
At the start of 2025, Becky passed the torch to long-time stylist and new owner, Emilee Ellis. With a fresh perspective and deep appreciation for the foundation Becky built, Emilee continues to carry Trendsetters forward with the same spirit—honoring the past while leading the salon into an exciting new chapter.
Today, our team works together with one shared mission: to inspire confidence, embrace individuality, and create a space where everyone feels at home. This is more than a salon—it’s a story of growth, connection, and generations of women uplifting one another. And we can’t wait for what comes next.

Emilee Ellis- Owner
Emilee has been the proud owner of Trendsetters since January of 2025 and with 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, Emilee has built Trendsetters Salon into a space where clients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident. Known for her expertise in precision cuts and dimensional highlights, she brings both skill and creativity to every look. Emilee’s warm and genuine personality sets the tone for the entire salon, creating an environment that feels both professional and inviting. Although she is not currently accepting new clients, her influence and dedication continue to shape the Trendsetters experience every day.
Becky Stanley
With 45 years of experience in the beauty industry, Becky is the true backbone of Trendsetters Salon. As the former owner, her knowledge, skill, and passion have shaped the salon into what it is today. Becky’s expertise spans all areas of the industry, and her dedication to her craft continues to inspire everyone around her. Her commitment, wisdom, and love for her clients and team make her an irreplaceable part of the Trendsetters family. Although she is not currently accepting new clients, Becky’s impact and guidance continue to be felt throughout the salon every day.
Jennifer Parker
Jennifer brings creativity, passion, and a love for beautiful color to every guest she works with. Specializing in dimensional color, she has a true talent for creating looks that are vibrant, natural, and uniquely tailored to each client. She also offers manicures and pedicures, giving her guests a complete and relaxing salon experience. Having lived in four different states, Jennifer brings a fresh and inspired perspective to her craft. Her fun personality and artistic eye make every appointment an enjoyable experience. Although she is not currently accepting new clients, her artistry continues to shine through the work she creates every day.
Jess Cofflin
With 6 years of experience behind the chair, Jess has become known for her beautiful stacked bobs and dimensional color work. She also offers manicures and pedicures, giving her clients a full pampering experience from head to toe. Jess brings a caring, fun, and energetic spirit to every appointment—making clients feel comfortable, confident, and right at home. She loves connecting with her guests and never shies away from a good conversation. Her combination of skill and personality makes every visit something to look forward to. Jess is currently accepting new clients and would love to have you in her chair!
Jessica Grant
Jessica brings a bubbly personality and a passion for creating stunning transformations to every appointment. With 3 years of experience in the industry, she has quickly become known for her expertise in blonding and extensions. She also offers manicures and pedicures, giving her clients a full-service beauty experience. Her attention to detail and love for enhancing her clients’ confidence shine through in every look she creates. With 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, Taylor brings energy, laughter, and creativity to every appointment.
