Trendsetters has been a part of the community since 2007, when Becky Stanley first opened its doors with a vision rooted in passion, creativity, and genuine care for every client who walked in. In 2025, that vision was carried forward by Emilee Ellis, who stepped into ownership with a fresh perspective and a deep love for the beauty industry.
Today, Trendsetters reflects Emilee’s modern approach—blending elevated techniques, continued education, and a strong commitment to helping clients feel confident and beautiful. While the salon continues to honor the foundation Becky built, Emilee has infused her own style and energy, creating a space that feels both welcoming and inspiring.
Under Emilee’s leadership, Trendsetters is more than just a salon—it’s an experience centered around connection, growth, and bringing out the best in everyone who walks through the door.

Emilee Ellis- Owner
Emilee has been the proud owner of Trendsetters since January of 2025 and with 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, Emilee has built Trendsetters Salon into a space where clients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident. Known for her expertise in precision cuts and dimensional highlights, she brings both skill and creativity to every look. Emilee’s warm and genuine personality sets the tone for the entire salon, creating an environment that feels both professional and inviting. Although she is not currently accepting new clients, her influence and dedication continue to shape the Trendsetters experience every day.
Becky Stanley
With 45 years of experience in the beauty industry, Becky is the true backbone of Trendsetters Salon. As the former owner, her knowledge, skill, and passion have shaped the salon into what it is today. Becky’s expertise spans all areas of the industry, and her dedication to her craft continues to inspire everyone around her. Her commitment, wisdom, and love for her clients and team make her an irreplaceable part of the Trendsetters family. Although she is not currently accepting new clients, Becky’s impact and guidance continue to be felt throughout the salon every day.
Jennifer Parker
Jennifer brings creativity, passion, and a love for beautiful color to every guest she works with. Specializing in dimensional color, she has a true talent for creating looks that are vibrant, natural, and uniquely tailored to each client. She also offers manicures and pedicures, giving her guests a complete and relaxing salon experience. Having lived in four different states, Jennifer brings a fresh and inspired perspective to her craft. Her fun personality and artistic eye make every appointment an enjoyable experience. Although she is not currently accepting new clients, her artistry continues to shine through the work she creates every day.
Jess Cofflin
Jess is a passionate stylist with 6 years of experience behind the chair, known for her fun, energetic personality and genuine love for connecting with her clients. She specializes in stacked bobs, dimensional color, and bold shades—from rich reds to vibrant vivids—bringing creativity and precision to every service she offers.
In addition to hair, Jess also provides manicures and pedicures, making her a go-to for a full self-care experience. Her caring nature and outgoing vibe make every appointment feel relaxed, comfortable, and enjoyable—she truly loves getting to know each client who sits in her chair.

Jessica Grant
Jessica has 3 years of experience in the beauty industry and a passion for creating beautiful, confidence-boosting results for her clients. She specializes in blonding and custom color, as well as brow laminations, lash lifts, and waxing. She has a passion for enhancing natural beauty and creating soft, effortless looks tailored to each client.
Known for her bubbly, light, and easygoing personality, Jessica creates a comfortable and welcoming experience from the moment you sit in her chair. Her caring nature and attention to detail make every appointment feel relaxed, personalized, and enjoyable. Jessica is currently accepting new clients and is excited to have you in her chair!
Taylor Travis
Taylor has 2 years of experience behind the chair and a passion for helping clients feel their best. She enjoys creating beautiful, customized looks through highlights and color, along with enhancing her clients’ natural beauty with lash extensions and waxing services.
Her relaxed, friendly approach helps clients feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. Taylor loves building genuine connections and making every visit a positive, enjoyable experience while helping each client look and feel their best.
